With more than 1500 blended learning programs (online courses, classroom sessions, self-paced learning, etc.) offered through our on-line Learning Management System, 94% of GDATP employees participated in training and development programs in 2004.

Employee Involvement Program (EIP)
EIP supports an environment at GDATP where all employees are empowered to share innovative ideas and participate in continuous improvements. Idea Boards, Improvement Teams and the Innovation Zone for new product or business opportunities, help make ATP more competitive, more successful, and ultimately a better place to work.

Tuition Assistance Program
(For non-represented employees only. Please see local HR department for represented hourly employees’ Benefits Summary)
Employees are encouraged to develop knowledge and skills to enhance their job performance and to further their career development within the Company by means of the Tuition Assistance Program. GDATP covers 100% tuition and certain fees for pre-approved courses that are business related, or that are part of a program of study leading to a Company business related undergraduate or advanced degree or certificate up to a maximum of $3,000 per semester or $9,000 per academic year for full-time employees with passing grades.
