We Insist Upon Ethical Behavior
Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct
General Dynamics has earned an excellent reputation for the way we conduct business. General Dynamics’ Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct outline the fundamental business ethics principles that guide the Company’s conduct and decisions. These Standards apply to all officers, executives and employees of General Dynamics. We deal fairly with our company’s customers, suppliers, and competitors, as well as with each other.
In order to ensure all employees are aware of, understand and follow these principles we communicate policies and procedures, train employees on the Standards and ensure that all questions, enquires and concerns are addressed by means of Ethics Officers and/or a confidential, outsourced hotline.
