Military Leave
General Dynamics provides support well beyond federal requirements to employees who are called to Active Duty and their dependents. The Company provides “Military Leave-Active Duty” pay and continues most welfare and retirement benefits for up to 60 months of active duty. In addition, eligible employees on leave to attend military training or activation for local emergencies will be paid a salary differential for up to three weeks per calendar year.
