Ethics
General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products is committed to conducting business with high ethical standards. Each day our employees make decisions that are critical to our success, so it is vitally important to foster an environment in which we are encouraged to do the right thing and build trusted relationships with our fellow employees, customers, communities and shareholders around the globe.
Our Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct provides a framework for how we conduct ourselves as a company, and sets forth expectations for conducting business with integrity, honesty and respect. This is a globally applicable document designed to embed a common set of expectations for all of our employees.
Partners in Setting the Standard
Our employees participate in ethics awareness programs to thoroughly familiarize them with our Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct and set the standard for ethical business conduct when dealing with each other, our customers, and our suppliers. We expect our partners in business to abide by these same ethical standards and practices.
Please take a moment to carefully read the General Dynamics Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct to fully understand the high standards and principles that GDATP is committed to upholding, which we expect your company and employees to uphold when doing business with GDATP. Additionally, as may be required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.203-13, we strongly encourage our supply chain to have meaningful ethics programs within their organizations.
Any questions related to doing business with our company can be directed to your contractual point of contact or to the GDATP Ethics Officer, 704-714-8174.

Our Basic Beliefs
We rely on our values, principles, and guidelines, such as the General Dynamics Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct and our Basic Beliefs, to provide the framework for our decisions and actions and to help us navigate through any "gray" areas. Our Basic Beliefs are an integrating force across our company and reflect the values of our employees in the context of what makes our organization successful. Working with each other, our customers, and our supply chain using the principles of Integrity, Commitment, Collaboration and Improvement, we can continue to foster a culture of ethical conduct and doing the right thing.
