Terms and Conditions
The General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products General Terms and Conditions of Purchase/Solicitation provide a legal basis for the contractual relationships between GDATP and its suppliers. There are four sets of Terms and Conditions which are dependant on the type purchase being conducted. These are located in the following tabs by effective date:
General Terms and Conditions for Purchases not Under a U. S. Government Contract (SCM-FRM-1.5.0.1) which are used for the purchase of non-production material
General Terms and Conditions for Purchases under a U.S. Government Contract (SCM-FRM-1.5.0.2) which are used for the purchase of direct production material or services and provide a means to flow down to suppliers the requirements of Government prime contracts
General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Purchases under a U.S. Government Contract (SCM-FRM-1.5.0.3) which are used for the purchase of direct commercial material and services and to provide a means to flow down to suppliers the requirements of Government prime contracts for Commercial Acquisitions as defined in FAR Part 12
General Terms and Conditions for Service Purchases not under a U.S. Government Contract (SCM-FRM-1.5.0.4) which are used for the purchase of indirect services
