General Terms and Conditions for Purchases under a U.S. Government Contract (SCM-FRM-212.0.2)

Used for the purchase of direct production material or services and provide a means to flow down to suppliers the requirements of Government prime contracts. Paragraphs 1 through 42 set the general terms of how ATP desires to conduct business with suppliers. Paragraph 43 lists the most likely FAR and DFARS flowdown clauses and is stratified by applicable dollar value or special subcontract type.
