Information We Collect and How We Use It

You may choose to provide personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number and email address) on this website. Here are the ways you may provide the information and the types of information you may submit. We also tell you how we may use the information.

Prospective Suppliers

You may apply to become an approved GDATP supplier by completing the Potential Supplier Profile online. Your Potential Supplier Profile form will be processed with all other submittals by the appropriate GDATP Commodity Team for consideration. We use the information you provide only to evaluate your application and to contact you if we are interested in your products or services.

You can submit your resume and other information online to apply for a job with GDATP. We use the information you submit only to evaluate your job application. We use a service provider we have retained to help us conduct recruitment-related activities. We share information you provide in connection with your job search with this service provider. Our service provider is authorized to use the information only in connection with career-search activities. To process information provided by job applicants, our service provider uses cookies on its website. We describe below the use of cookies on our website and our service provider’s website.

Contact Us

You may choose to contact us through our website. If you email us comments or questions, we use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiries.

Aggregate and Non-Personal Information

We collect certain aggregate and non-personal information when you visit our website. Aggregate and non-personal information does not relate to a single, identifiable visitor. It tells us such things as how many users visited our site and the pages accessed. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our website to our visitors. We collect this information through cookies and log files, as explained below.

Cookies and Log Files

Like many companies, we use cookies and log files on our website. Cookies are small text files that websites often store on the computer hard drives of visitors to their sites. A cookie contains a unique code, which is used to recognize your computer when a user of your computer returns to a website that was visited previously. Log files are small text files that websites automatically create when a user visits a site. We use cookies and log files to enhance the online experience of our visitors and to better understand how our site is used. Cookies and log files may tell us, for example, whether you have visited our site before or whether you are a new visitor. The service provider we have retained to help us conduct recruitment-related activities uses cookies to help process online job applications. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies. Remember, though, without cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of all website features, such as submitting a resume online to pursue employment opportunities with GDATP.

Information We Share

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose personal information about our website visitors, except as described here. We share information provided by our website visitors with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf (for example, to assist with recruiting activities). These service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law, (ii) in response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee uses personal information you have provided through this website in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice.
