GDATP cares about your health and well-being and has implemented wellness programs for you to stay healthy. We offer opportunities for you to participate in Wellness Fairs, receive Monthly Wellness Newsletters and much more. Good health is a valuable asset for you and your family. 

Tuition Assistance

GDATP provides tuition assistance to eligible employees to continue their education by reimbursing tuition costs up to 100% for business and engineering undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Holidays

GDATP offers 11 paid holidays per year. The core holidays across all of our sites: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Employee Assistance Program

From time to time, everyone may encounter problems and conflicts which can feel overwhelming. GDATP offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist employees and their families in addressing these problems that can compromise personal satisfaction and sometimes affect job performance. The program is intended to support our workforce in their contribution to the company and support our employees as individuals by providing a professional and confidential resource to address personal problems.
