Employees can choose coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plan. Retail and mail order prescription drug coverage is available as part of the plans. The premium is paid on a before-tax basis.

A Flexible Spending Account allows you to set aside a portion of your earnings to pay for qualified medical or dependent care expenses. One advantage of doing this is that these payroll deductions are not subject to payroll taxes. You may contribute up to $5,000 annually for each account.
You are immediately eligible to participate in our 401K Savings Plan. You can contribute 1-50% of your salary on a before-tax basis, up to the IRS allowable limits. GDATP matches 50% up to the first 7%.
